My gift to this very angry displace young man, needs the gift of release from confinement within the Children Protection Services. The damage that has been creating by this government agency should be address, and this is the beginning of getting this wrong corrected.  It is like they get away with it all the time. Instead this leads to a GOD LIKE/WANT TO persona, and that is the feeling that the officer of this government agency does. Once they are able it steal the kids from their parents (any reason will do), the things that they have in place, is a nightmare for all that get sucked in. They are not there to get the parents back with their kids. That is not their mission. Oh yeah, what is their policy for service?? They don’t need one. Steal the kids and kill their futures. Keep them away from their parents until they are eighteen, so we can get paid. 

Keep the kids from their parents, extended families, and their birthdays, steal them away from the church services and all the other memories that they kill when confined in the Children Protection Services. Their policy is to lie, and keep on lying, and they have the forms already preset to keep the kids in their confinement until they turn eighteen. All the states across the nation are okay with this. This is the system that is already in place, and occurs across the nation. We are talking just about Riverside County and the crimes that they have committed.

Here are a couple of facts to check, and reward the behavior in the actions that were taken, and reward with the normal way, in the same way anyone who had committed these crimes, and do the necessary paper ward to see that this happens. All I would like to see happen is to give the gift of release to Boris, Christopher, and have him returned to his mother, for his birthday. Peter is responsible for going to the Veteran Administration in Loma Linda, California, and lying to break national security on government property, to gain information to use against the minor, to keep him in confinement as a ward of the state. Peter is also for making and writing comments to the point that the minors parents cannot even call to make inquiries about their minor son. No that is not what the Riverside County Children Protection Services of Banning, Cathedral City, Desert Hot Springs, Monroe, and their practices. Peter Bricarallo, and Deborah Manning of Shielding Palms Foster Care Agency in Indio, on Monroe state buildings, went to court and told lies. Check the record in Indio, CA around June 2011.Deborah Manning went to court on third party conversations and told lies. Here is one, birthday cake was cut with a butcher knife, and she was threatening by it? We have pictures of the knife use; please tell me how anyone can be threatened by a kid in the confinements of the jail like living in being a ward of any state? 

The phone calls is why she got a restraining order placed on this minors fathers to keep from listening to him fifty times a day. What would you do if you kid was stolen and you could not even call to ask where he was? You can’t call and ask what school is he in, you are not allow to have holidays with anybody in your life before confinement? You are not even allowed to have calls on a regular basis!!How can this be in the best interest of the minor? Does this system work in a manner to be rewarded? 

Does this system create health people in the long run? How come they are allowed to continue without any recognition for the work that they do? Everyone else is held accountable why not the Peters and the Deborah’s of this agency. I am sure that their actions are not limited to just this one case. This is just the only case that you were given a little more information to see if you can change this saturation. This is a case that could get better, but with this agency, the minor will be lucky to get an hour to do the birthday thing.
