This is the system that is already in place, and occurs across the nation. We are talking just about Riverside County and the crimes that they have committed.

You are not even allowed to have calls on a regular basis!!How can this be in the best interest of the minor? Does this system work in a manner to be rewarded?
Does this system create health people in the long run? How come they are allowed to continue without any recognition for the work that they do? Everyone else is held accountable why not the Peters and the Deborah’s of this agency. I am sure that their actions are not limited to just this one case. This is just the only case that you were given a little more information to see if you can change this saturation. This is a case that could get better, but with this agency, the minor will be lucky to get an hour to do the birthday thing.
